When will we receive our rewards?

I am estimating between mid-December to the end of January. With the upcoming holiday season, and the current global pandemic, there may be production and shipping delays.

I am unable to guarantee Christmas deliveries. I hope to receive the bags in December and start fulfillments mid to late December. Bags take a few months to be made and delivered to me. Enamel pins are made much quicker and will be fulfilled first for pledges with ONLY enamel pin(s).

Refunds & Cancellations

Once the campaign is complete, refunds and/or cancellations will not be issued for any reason. Please fully read over the campaign, and only pledge if you understand & accept the estimate timeline and risks!

FULFILLMENT

This is a one-person shop! I cannot guarantee Christmas shipments but will try my best to fulfill all shipments at the quickest time possible. Every single product will be inspected thoroughly before shipping them out to our backers.

COLOR DIFFERENCES

Colors you may see on your monitor might be different from the actual product. I tried my best to color match to the actual product color on hand, and also mock-up the pins to the best of my abilities. Digital pin mock-ups will differ.

Shipping Updates

Current Estimated Shipping Date: March 2021

Hello Everyone! I've updated the Kickstarter with the most recent update/news I received from my manufacturer. But for those that pre-order through BackerKit, you would not be able to see those updates as the settings for the updates are set to only be viewed by Kickstarter backers. To update everyone, including the pre-orders, the bags are delayed. The initial estimated production completion date would be around Christmas 2020. But at the time, my manufacturer already had a lot of delays with existing productions with other artists that were producing itabags and backpacks, along with the delays caused by the pandemic. At the time, with the delays, my manufacturer notified me that they are hoping to complete my itabags before Chinese New Year (2/12/2021)... But with the recent changes to covid, they had to follow new regulations and also be much stricter with how they are handling everything, it has been delayed again and I was notified that they would not be able to meet the cut-off time for shipping and before some of their employees leave to visit family for the holidays. Now the new estimated date is early March. This is when they are hoping to complete the bags. Shipping to me takes about 30-40 days. So if they do complete and ship the bags in March, then I should be receiving them in April and will be fulfilling all the orders around then. Until I receive a concrete update, this is the newest estimate. I am so sorry for all these delays. Thank you to everyone for being so patient. I honestly hate having to bring this bad news to everyone, but it is out of my hands. I hope everyone is staying safe! Sincerely, Emily

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
